Flowery Branch Georgia's Class of 2025 Two-Sport Star Jeremiah Ware Already Forging Path to Basketball Greatness

Flowery Branch, GA: When you see a player like Jeremiah Ware excelling in two varsity sports during this time of specialization in high school, it is to be embraced.

Ware is a rising sophomore at Flowery Branch High School in Georgia and has already put in some standout performances on the gridiron and the hardwood.

Ware is just 15 years old and already stands at 5'10" and 180 pounds. With all of his off-season work in the weight room doing strength and conditioning training, you can easily see him come back for his sophomore campaigns with another 10-15 pounds of muscle on his frame, which could end up being bad news for the players on the other side of the ball.

Ware has played multiple positions on the court but is a guard by trade. He has run the point but can also play as the two and get his shot off quickly.

In the classroom, Ware has a 3.0 GPA that is expected to rise in the coming weeks as his grades for his freshman year settle.

Here is a scouting report on Ware from a coach:

"He plays two sports, so right away, I know he is athletic and also a team player. When you see so many players choosing one sport now, and then you see a kid like Jeremiah playing multiple sports, that is something that immediately stands out now.

"He is very quick on the court. He is still growing, so you can see him at the point or off-guard in the coming years. He has a long wingspan already (6-2), so he can be disruptive on the defensive end of the court. So many players now just want to score, but if you can play at both ends of the court, you have a bright future: Jeremiah does that."
